I want to know what you are doing......

About the coming stock market crash!

Don't deny it...! 24 months at best...!

Precious Metals???

What?

Guys,

We love timepieces and each other on this forum. Is there anyone preparing for the coming CRASH of the markets?

If so, what are you doing to preserve capital?

To insure that your family is safe?

Leah and I have been storing MREs and plenty of ....self defense....!

I would like to know if any on TRF are preparing likewise?

Richard

My dad was a kid when the stock market crashed in 1929. He lived on a big farm with his many brothers and sisters and had always said they weren't much bothered by the Depression. They grew their own food, fished in their ponds and hunted for meat.

So, my sister and I have decided that when the s... hits the fan, we'll move back to Mom's house, grow our own garden, get a cow and a couple of chickens and live like our grandparents did.

I'm kind of kidding... but maybe I'm kind of not.

How skeptical should I be about current affairs?

Well, I am building a pool, so I can vacation at home. We have plenty of lead. Plenty of cash, that I am turning over to the pool guy! And I put up hurricane shutters so I can barricade myself in my house. We also added a few more psycho rescue dogs, who have issues with aggression. I think we are set!!!

(tongue in cheek) We have done all of the above.....but not because of any concerns about the future. That is just our normal, nutty life!!!

Yep, it's in December of 2012, so we still have time to party before that... But... Didn't that preacher that predicted the end of the world back in May, and all his followers sold their beloingings and spent their life savings, didn't he say he had miscalculated and the end of the world was actually in OCTOBER!? Guys and Gals, we may only have a few days left!

Lisa, NOW will you Marry Me?

I suppose we could. There won't be enough time for you to realize what a terrible mistake you made.
