Icon7 My Evening Cordial.....

Now, maybe from some of the discussions we've had on here some of you may know I am (practically) a non-drinker. I don't drink Beer, hard liquor, just... never really did. Oh, I had my times in my younger days... but the last time I was drunk was my 40th birthday... thought I'd do it again on my 50th but ended up remaining sober.... Anyway, back to the point, I DO enjoy a cordial, Maybe Chambord, or Baily's, or Almaretto, something mild, sweet, a relaxing enjoyment in the evening after a hard day. Well, I created a new drink I want to share with all my TRF friends, I call it the Coffee-CreamShake, because that's what it tastes like. Here is the recipe, backed up by pictures.

Ingredients: 1 Cordial Glass, 1 Ounce kahula, 1 Ounce Italian-sweet cream coffee creamer.

Step one: Pour one ounce of Kahula in to glass

Step two: Pour one ounce of Italian-sweet cream in to glass

Step three: A toast to my friend Jocke, while reading TRF and Enjoy

You should also turn on one of your painstakingly restored vintage tube Atwaterkent radio for some of those good old tunes...

Maybe my dates are on a monitor Jocke, at least, unlike yours, they don't have to be brought to life with an air compressor....

I'll pass the recipe onto my wife and her girlfriends. Thats exactly the kind of drinks they love to sip on while talking about the show Housewives and what not.

Me, I'll stick to a nice port or cognac.

You guys are being very... cordial to one another today.

Paul, the drink sounds good but what's in Coffeemate? Could real cream be subbed instead?
