They always seems to make these small changes that improve the look each year.

Only thing it is missing is manual transmission....

not sure what you mean? per the article:

As with the panamera, cayman, cayenne-- the front looks great, but the rear just doesn't look right to me.

The 911 has always been by favorite car but I didn't know that you can no longer get it with a conventional 'stick'.

I'm guessing that they now have paddle shifters and no clutch.

Seriously though, I think I need this thing! I had almost convinced myself to trade-in my car for a Panamera, but this has me second guessing that thought!

no, both a traditional 7-speed manual transmission and the PDK are available.

no thanks . you could buy an aston martin for the price , or ,,,, an a6 estate with that v10 in it , i actually like the cayman back end better , its sleeker looking.
mind you , id still like a drive in one.

Speaking of price, what is the price for the '12 911? I'm probably going to buy a car before the year's end and Porsche is on my list. Also on that list is the BMW M3.
