Choosing Rolex for my birthday... 24yo
Dear professionals of rolex, good afternoon. I will celebrate 24 years. I live in Russia. Really want to own Rolex for my birthday. But the financial situation allows me to buy not very expensive watch. There are options: 14060m-4200 euro, 214270-4000 euro, 16570-4500 euro, 116 400 - 4550 euros. I sympathy to 214,270, as the new model, the new mechanism, a new bracelet. 116 400 milgaus model not very comfortable, 214270 is more comfortable for everyday use I think. , 16 570 is not very much attractive. What do you recommend from budgetary models of Rolex? I have a wrist size 19sm. I need your help. Thank you very much. Thank you!!!

Given your age, I'd recommend a sports Rolex instead of a more dressy model. Usually I'd prefer a date on my watch but in your list I'd take the 14060m.

Welcome to TRF and happy early birthday. I recommend the 14060M, it's a timeless classic that you will enjoy for many years to come.

I would go with the 14060M personally. It is a watch that is extremely versatile, a classic, and a great value. It is a watch that you can grow to appreciate more and more as you gain further knowledge of the brand. A true horological staple. Besides, it's also very safe to swim with. Ha. Whichever one you choose I think you will be quite happy with though! Best of luck with your decision!

Go with the Sub 14060m, its not a flashy watch very understated.

And what about more older bracelet(what is the difference between bracelet on 14060m and 214270) and 3130 calibre against 3132?

Of the choices I'd go with the 14060 or save up for a 16610.
Good luck! |

Based on your list and your dislikes, it sounds like you don't dislike the 14060m. Hopefully this means you like the 14060m, so I would get that one.

Another vote for 14060, Vitus.
Watches are starting to get popular in Russia, while traditionally its been Italian clothing as the status symbol. |

14060M
The old style bracelet is very comfortable and has done the job for many years. The movements are both COSC and bullet proof imo. |

Either the 14060 or a 16610 would be a great choice!

Today I was in shop with my wife. She said that 214270 is better on me. And I make some photos. What do you think, guys?
P.S. Bracelet material is better on 214270 than on 14060m |
