I tend to just drink scotch malts(surprise surprise, eh?!) but if I'm drinking "cheaper" blends I can't stomach Bells, Grouse etc. but I can drink Jamesons all night long.

I am not too experienced with Irish whiskey, but I have a bottle of Jamesons, and that's all I've ever had. Brother-in-law gave it to me as he's from Ireland. It's very nice. Triple distilled which helps I'm sure.

Redbreast 12 and 15yr.
Pure Pot Still. Quality! They have a new cask strength Redbreast 12 yr coming to America soon. I can't wait. The tasting notes I read were great! I'm going to buy a bottle of 12 tonight when I'm out getting something else. I'm all out. I had some Michael Collins 10 yr old single malt the other night for the first time. I enjoyed it! I didn't know that they made a single malt. Head over to JJ's in a few hours and maybe I'll let you have some.

I always seem to come back to Jamesons 12 year old. It is just that bit smoother IMO.
I must tidy up the bar.

Try Tullamore Dew. Though I'm generally a Scotch drinker, this Irish is excellent.
