UK Dealers/Retailers?
Can anyone recommend some UK dealers/retailers? I am looking to buy a pre-owned 14060M. I saw a couple online at the Swiss Watch Company, Blowers, Watchfinder and Dream Watches. Any comments about these guys? Who else should I look at in the UK?

I've never dealt with them myself but I know many on the forum rate Blowers among the best.
Prices a little high but customer-service second to none apparently.

My ex bought a Ladies Oyster Perp from watchfinder described as 'BNIB with box and papers'.... was missing hang tags, had the wrong box etc etc plus one link missing... not great.
Only one experience though

The 14060M all have blck bezels Sounds like the same sort of thing I am looking for although I would prefer a random serial number. I am guessing your seeing them for £3000-£3300 ?

Thanks for the replies - I didn't know (at the time of posting) that the 14060Ms have black bezels. I just knew I didn't want a Kermit or a Pepsi!
anyway, I got one in the end - for £3250 - which seems about right and it should be delivered pretty soon. |

ROLEX SUB 14060m
Apologies for the delay in replying.
In the end I bought a Rolex 14060M from watchfinder.co.uk and negotiated a nice price before it was listed. I found them very easy to deal with and my contact there was a young chap called Kieran. The watch took a while to arrive - over a month as it needed a replacement bezel but I think this delay was down to Rolex parts(?). My only niggle was that despite a couple of reminders to include a receipt they never did send one. Also the bezel ring popped out soon after it arrived and as I just could not get it into place they took it back for a free fix so I also took the opportunity to buy a couple of extra bracelet links as I have big wrists. The watch is a peach - just as described and I've worn it daily since I got it. I'll post a pic or two when I can (very busy right now) but I am happy to recommend watchfinder and would use them again when I eventually give in to temptation and buy myself a Rolex Milgauss. |
