That may not help much, but my Dad bought one in 67 (which I now have) and I have a Rolex catolog from 1975 which does not list it - at least a US catalog that does not list it.

Dads from 1967 was 1293xxx.

From what I'm finding, you watch appears to be from approximately 1965.

Case number or designation letter runs may begin one year, and then carry over for a long time after that.

Only Rolex in Geneva know the exact production dates, and they're not talkin' . . .
