GMTiiC measurement of clasp
I know the easylink lets out 5mm of length, does anyone know how much distance the micro adjustment lets out from the middle indent to the outer indent?

There are 3 indents for the pin to go in and the distance between them is about 8mm so just under a cm.

I think the three micro adjustments are 1/3rd of a centimetre apart, or 3.33 mm. The links are 1 centimetre (10 mm), and with the combination of a link addition/removal and the three micro adjustments, one can lengthen/shorten their bracelets in 1/3 centimetre increments.

That is great to hear. 5mm is too much. 3.33mm should be perfect! Thank you

How does one go about making the adj. ? Just picked mine up on Saturday and can't figure out micro adj or how to move the 24 hr hand. Have an older sub and all is well but this one stumps me.
Sorry not trying to highjack the thread. |

micro adustment is done with the three small indents under the clasp, either need a small flat head screwdrivers to compress the spring bar, then slide it to the next indent. It is probably on the middle one. So you have one in each direction. You can also just pull out the little extension if you want a larger 5mm distance. I find the extension a bit to big, so the indents at 3.33mm are perfect. To set the 24 hour hand: unscrew crown, pull all the way out, 24 hour hand will move with the other two hands, seconds will stop. 24 hour had is usually set to GMT, this doesn't ever change. Leave the arrow at the top of the bezel, then keep moving the 24 hand until it matches GMT time on the bezel. Then you will have GMT time when the arrow is at the top, and your local time with the hour and min hand. IF you need another time zone, just rotate the bezel by the number of hours +- GMT, so that number will be at the top, then you read the time for that time zone with the 24 hour hand against the bezel
