My eyes, my eyes!

I've ignored all warnings to never use a 10x loop on my watch since I have serious OCD issues.

Today, I looked and I can't un-see what I've seen! All the micro scratches and crap that builds up in all the cracks and crevices are driving me crazy. Luckily, I didn't see any fibers on my dials

It still looks just as beutiful before you looked at it with a loop and normally you'll be seeing it without the loop. It's all good, it's still a Rolex aint it?

If not have it polished during the next service and you'll be ready to start the process all over again.

if it's your Daytona, then i completely agree.

main reason i sold mine is because it scratches so easily and the chrono function is also completely uselss

i also wasn't able to read the dial . so pretty useless as a watch too

Give your watch a good washing with some warm, soapy water and a soft brush.

That should take care of the "...crap that builds up in all the cracks and crevices...."

As for the other horrors, you'll get used to them.
