Putting the whole deal (bezel and insert) in the freezer for an hour should help as the metals, dissimilar though they are, will each contract. Hitting the assembly for a few minutes first with a hair dryer (on high) will also help in dissipating moisture and expanding the metals before their time in the freezer. I have found that holding the bezel at 12 o'clock while prying off at 7 o'clock redeuces the chances of loosing the click spring. Replacing the bezel by starting at 12 o'clock is also helpful. |
