First house

Hey Gents, just wanted to share with you the house my fiancé and I bought a week ago. We've been engaged about 14 months and we get married next April. The house is a first for both of us and we're very excited about the future. We demo'd the kitchen last week and now the contractors are taking over for the most part. The house is near villanova university outside Philadelphia. She is originally from this general area but this is all new to me.
Thanks for taking a look!

(btw we don't move in till the construction is done, after the wedding)
Included a pic of the future Mrs Clark too

Congrats on the upcoming wedding and the new house. It has a beautiful exterior and I am sure once the construction is done the inside is going to be amazing as well.

Thanks guys. The house was formerly owned by a 90 year old woman who didn't do any updates so it definitely needs some TLC which is costly but gives us the opportunity to make it our own.
Beautiful day to get some yard work done and have a stogie!

Congrats. It looks like an outstanding candidate for renovation. It's nice you can tackle the job without having to live in it at the same time.

Best wishes!

Looks like it will be very charming! Great location you have, too. The western suburbs are so nice.

Have fun doing the renovations.

Took down those vines and the light post 20 minutes after this pic, lots of yard work to be done too. Time flies when you're pulling vines

Hey Clark, saw your earlier comment on my post, great looking house. Very nice sized piece of land you have there.

Now I have to get back to removing rubble from under my house, I feel like a miner in the 19th century. Not fun (really crappy actually) work but worth it in the long run.

Speak soon

Jules
