Dial Size Differences Between the 1680 and 16610

Is there a difference in size between the 1680 dial and the 16610? Or would they in theory be interchangable?

Don´t know if the size is the same....probably not...but they are not interchangable since the movements are different 1570 vs 3135.....I´m quite sure that the feets on the backside of the dial are placed differently....

I am sure if that is the only challenge someone could move the feet to fit. Does any one else know?
