I was there not so long ago and checked out the Gold Souk (i.e Gold Market). There were a few jewellery shops with various pre-owned Rolexes – the price and selection wasn’t that great though…

I do not know about preowned shops but the cheapest Rolex from AD is at the airport provided they have what you want.

There are a couple of Pre owned shops in Jumeirah beach road...however their collection is not that great!

Also agree....I work in Dubai frequenlty and have not seen a good pre-owned selection...however if you decide to take a 1 hour flight to Bahrain (just west of Dubai) I'll be happy to show you a couple of really good pre-owned dealers with a great selection...one even gets NEW watches out of an AD who is a family friend and can beat Duty Free prices by at least 10%.
