Dial and paperwork differences

So I am reading this page at Cooblydoods. It has a beautiful 116233 with black sticks. However, they have the papers with the watch which shows it to have a white roman face. Shouldn't this drop the value?

I agree, ask to include/replace original dial or discount.

It happens from time to time. The original owner gets a replacement dial.

It does devalue it by whatever value YOU put on perfect paperwork. But the most important thing to determine is if the dial is really Rolex or an aftermarket dial.

Make sure you can get it authenticated. Jon at Capetown ought to be willing to get it validated - if he balks, take a walk.

It has Romans on the chapter ring markers and those so called papers are now nothing more than a outdated warranty.Far too much enthuses is put on these so called papers with modern Rolex today all they are is a warranty paper much like you get with most items bought today.
