I voted for the Tudor. I owned a Tudor before I owned a Rolex, I felt like I might have under done myself so to speak as I thought I wanted a Sub. In the end I could not see in my mind where the extra value was, and I liked the fact that the Tudor was less common, I went with the Tudor and I absolutely love it, clearly on this forum there is no second class citizen status for a Tudor owner.
I think if you like the style then go for both, and start withe the Tudor as they are less common. or maybe go the no date and then get a Black bay. Either way you are going to get a great watch you will absolutely love. I feared i may want to trade up my Tudor one day to a Sub, now I don't feel that way at all, and when i did buy a Rolex it was a Datejust. Now i am interested in adding other brands PP, Breguet etc. If you plan to be a Rolex family only person then go with both, if you see yourself only ever owning one, I would go the Sub. But i understand the torment went through the same thing myself.

I love the Tudor in blue.
I think the real question is "which one do I get first"? |

I'd say be a man and listen to you're own gut instead of a bunch of strangers on the internet.
