The picture is so bad that I couldn't even venture a guess as to its authenticity, based on the picture alone.
The fact that the watch is upside down doesn't make it any easier, but it does make for one of the funniest ebay sales ads in my experience.

Remember the golden rule: Buy the seller, not the watch. This scam artist has not sold anything in 2 years, and then all the stuff he/she has sold has been inexpensive stuff. Now they want $7K AU for a GMT? Only an idiot (and there are plenty around) would fall for this one.
Best advice: Run, do not walk, away from this POS.
