Loving my explorer

I have been living with my new explorer now for the past 4 weeks. I just cant explain how much i have totally fallen in love with it. Although i have many other watches daytona - sub - patek ect i absolutely love the simple clean classic look of this baby just cant take it off my wrist. Exactly the reason i choose it over the newer 39mm.

Beautiful! I understand completely. The 36mm Explorer is my all time favourite. Have been enjoying mine since the mid 1990's, and although I have several other watches I am always returning to my Explorer.

Best,

A

Stunning. I think it's my favourite modern Rolex. So simple, yet so perfect.

I know what you mean. I just buy my explorer and I can't give up to smile.
Like you I love the simple case. It's stunned me how perfection could be so easily reached. Simply the best...

So funny how we each see different things. You say you chose this over the 39 because it's clean and simple. That's exactly why I chose my 39mm. I absolutely love the look of both as to me they are nearly identical. I went with 39mm simply because 36 is too small for me.

Lovely watch. Enjoy every moment.

Personally this watch is pushing me to really appreciate the lack of a date. It just makes it so damned clean. Love the classic look of both.

It definitely "fits" its skin better than the 39mm IMO.

I just traded to a Sub-c from the 39mm because I felt the hands were too small for the dial and hard to read except at the perfec tangle.

I love the simplicity! Less is definitely more with the Explorer.
