Prices in Norway

Hi guys,

Just had a couple of my watches in for appraisal at a local AD, to get them updated with the new prices.
To give you a brief view into prices here in Norway, I thought I'd post them.

116334: 59950 NOK
116520: 78650 NOK
116710: 55150 NOK
116400GV: 53800 NOK

This is of course inclusive of the 25% VAT here in Norway

Thanks for sharing, I'm not a big fan of this website though, nor do I believe they are quoting the correct RRP. At least from looking at their Norwegian site.

Since Norway is outside the EU, you can go there and claim the VAT back, as normal Taxfree shopping.
You would have to declare it I would think when you enter your own country, but if you don't have 25%, then it might be a good option.
I know a lot of people do that when they visit Norway.

It's good to see Rolex prices in Norway are on par with $60 pizzas and $10 lattes
I lived in Norway for a few years and loved it (except for the prices!)

What am I saying, I live in Melbourne where the cost of living is $$$

I too love living in Norway and get turned off by high prices/taxes. The thing is, I'm not sure the country would be as it is if it were any other way.

As far as being in the EU, I'm sure the Norwegians are glad they are not full members after watching the Greek, Irish, and (likely soon to be) Spanish meltdowns. With all that oil money in their coffers, they'd be the EU's cash machine. Just ask the Germans!
