Icon5 Rolex 16613 will not wind.

If I shake it enough it will start running. Still under warrany. Recommendations?

Since its still under warranty send it in for a tune up/repair

Have you tried given a full manual wind 40 full crown turns clockwise,all watches should be fully manually wound before you start wearing.

Sometimes I wonder if questions like this are really serious...

If it's still under warranty, and you cannot unscrew the crown and find the proper winding position for a manual wind, then it certainly should be taken in for warranty repair...

A little more info is needed though..
You don't actually say if the winding crown is working or not. Only that shaking it will start the watch if you 'shake it enough'!?!?!

Shaking your watch is never a good method to wind your watch in any-case.
