Hi, I need an opinion from an expert on this used Rolex. The guy who's trying to sell this watch without any papers or box. Base on this picture I would say it's fake because the date wheel is more to the right. Or am I wrong?

More photos needed please to be definitive , but the date mag is no good this could just be an aftermarket glass, date wheel looks misaligned as you say. L in rolex is not centered under the coronet and the coronet looks the wrong shape , I would stay away I'm pretty sure it's fake.

As everyone else said the date-meg is a dead givaway. The Daytona looks like cheese as well.
