05/02/2002 - overhaul, replace crystal, repair rotor, setting, hands, bezel, spring bars (service cost - $1,010)
12/21/2007 - service, replace dial (service cost - $898.80)
05/26/2012 - cleaning, oiling, and adjustment: axle for osc (service cost - $320)
