my new daytona -3 sec a day. is it normal?

That's in spec. -4/+6 is COSC. How long have you had it? My experience is that over time they will gain a bit. If it's new probably needs to settle in.

10 days, is it normal? coz i think the normal is + 3 to 5+.

I'd give it a month or two. The movement needs to settle in and "adapt" to your wearing habits.--sounds funny I know, but how each of us wears a particular watch and our level of activity can affect the timekeeping.

Can you tell me how do you know that it is seconds off of what?. Can someone explain how I can check my watch... Thanks!

Sync it to a known time source and just check it over a period of time.

Yes, it is within COSC specs, but give it some more time to settle in.
