Looks like it. My 1675 looks that way too. Don't know if it's the sun or not?

Very nice looking mk1 dial! I like coloration. In the direct sunlight I bet it looks a bit more brown.
My old gmt dial looks about the same as yours..with identical colored lume! |

Tough to tell because of the color of what is being reflected on the crystal.

Send it to me and I'll let you know! Could be just the reflections off of the crystal, try taking a photo without any reflections.

Looks a tad brown from that pic.
If it is ...it's the first Mk1 I've seen do it. Either way it's a beauty. Congrats

Maybe if you keep it exposed to constant sunlight suspended over a bowl of salt water, that may hasten the tropical process........

Yes, the white luminous marking are turning brown. And unless you like that sort of look, it may well be time to have the dial repaired or replaced by Rolex or a Rolex-certified watchmaker.

a rolex tritium dial doesnt develop patina over time is the same as a 82 bordeaux that doesnt age over time. either it is fake or bad.

did you read my post right? I am talking about the tritium markers. they will change color over time because of the chemical compound. The dial on the other hand dont have to change color and some have indeed developed a brownish color that is known to many tropical dial and that may add value to your watches.

Get a used pair of Serengeti sunglasses - they make everything look brown, and then if they are scratched a little, you can also get a vintage, well-broke-in look to your watch when you have them on! Ahhh well, sorry for the disappointment, but those watches look absolutely fantastic to me!
