My First Vintage 1680

After going thru many Rolex in life, I've finally decided to pick up my first vintage. I was deciding between the 5513 and 1680 and ended up with this as this was produced in my birth year. To be honest, they are so different to the new ones and people notice them even more. I'm very happy with it and just want to share this.

Welcome to the forum!

Excellent choice! Not the greatest picture but the patina looks great!

Congratulations on your 1680. Very clean looking watch. Looking at it makes me think people should have both red and white versions depending on mood. The white is seems stealthy, perhaps more versatile. Wonder if that's what Rolex had in mind. Thank you for sharing.

Nice; jealous. Sorry, in Rolex-speak, LV with envy.
