Need help identifying a Day Date Presidential Dial

Hello all,

Anyone know what dial this is?

hi what are the markers made from, can you get a better picture ? are you sure it's original, i can't see anything that resembles that in my catalogues of dials, what age is the watch so i can narrow down my catalogue search regards

Well: my first feeling is 'wrong' or very rare (I've never seen one like this).

The dial is correct and original Rolex.... although I wouldn't pay a premuim because of it...

I'm no expert, but I have never seen such a dial. Maybe someone knows better.

Looks like it could of been a redone dial, never saw such a dial, it looks like and 80s model I've only seen them with stick or diamond markers. Some of the pros might know more.
