Truly grail status since it's locked up in a museum and only one exists.

And at 132 mm it would fit right in with today's trend toward larger diameter watches.

First, it was a YG DD. Then I got one, so it became a Patek Aquanaut. Then I got one, so it became the SS Daytona. Then I got one.....and I realized that this grail business is getting freaking expensive!

But I'd love the Ulysse Nardin Freak. I'll never get it, but I love that watch.

I would love to have the 6263. Luckily, at the prices they command, I'll never be burdened with owning one.

If it had to be a Rolex, maybe the CREAM (read: perfectly discolored) faced Explorer II (ref. 16550).

The Opus is very interesting. There are more makers that don't follow the 'straight and narrow' and produce very creative and technically outstanding timepieces. But even if I had the money I wouldn't purchase one. I can't make the connection with these watches. Too outlandish to me. Even Lange's split-hands design is too rich for me I'm just an old-fashioned old geezer
