That said, it still does get pretty black and claustrophobic (if you are prone to that) at points. Signs like those are placed at the entry to the proper caves ... you face the sign and the entry behind the sign. Those entries look like black mean mouths. I don't remember if it was left or right though. It never crossed my mind to advance one extra meter. Just by looking at it, you get a very distinct feeling that you will die if you cross the line. No ifs about it. The one I remember was in fact a little bit above the sign, so you had to ascend a meter or so, cross the mouth and go in ...'' Something I would like to do if I didn't have a son and were a little bit younger, with the proper training of course.
