Another interesting factoid is you can tell the Tudor Black Bay is made with 316L steel vs. the GMTII Ceramic's better 904L. I didn't think you would be able to tell.. but you can. The sheen is slightly different. My 2.5 year old GMTII Ceramic has very few swirls (even on the mid links and clasp) but the Black Bay attracts swirls much more easily. (But not any more than any other watch brand that uses 316L) |
