Is there any way to make a song that's already in your iTunes library a ringtone and assign it to someone in your contacts? Thanks

No native way to do it but you can get free software that allows you to crop the song then load it back to your iTunes as a "m4r" file that will be seen as a ringtone by iTunes and iPhone.

You can even take an audio m4a file from iTunes and make a copy of it. change the extension from m4a to m4r and load it back to iTunes. It will show as a ringtone now.

Cropping is nice since it allows you to pick just the part you want.
