16200 plain silver stick dial

Hello all,

Does anyone know the last year 16200s were manufactured with a plain silver stick dial like this beautiful 16200 (photo courtesy of: aace1999, Anders).

Thanks,

Rob

Rob,

Thanks for referring to my DJ!

The 16200 was in production until 2005/6, and then replaced by the 116200. My specific dial with single minute markers was - if I remember correctly - seen on Datejusts from the late 1980s to ca 1992/1993. From late 1970s to late 1980s there was a version with half minute markers (DJ 160XX), and from ca 1994 or so the current silver dial with roman numeral "rail track" markers where introduced (now with luminous hour markers).

My preference is obviously the one I own, and that dial layout can be seen on black, grey and blue dials from the same era too.

Best,

A
