SS Daytona & TT Subby, a perfect combo

Been sporting my SS Daytona since It joined the family in February. Decided to give the old Serti dial Subby some wrist time.

While I certainly love my muscular Daytona, I kind of forgot how much I equally love my elegant and sporty Subby. I remember, now, why I bought this beauty.

At the age of 50, admittedly my memory about details like "todays date" sometimes escapes me...I found myself checking the date on 2 occasions today...something one cannot enjoy with a Daytona.

After 9 months of owning my Daytona and now giving my Subby some wrist time, I am happy to report that This 1-2 punch is most gratifying. A chocolate dial Daytona would be my next addition.

Looking at my Rolex during the day, simply makes me feel better. A beautiful thing.

My dream combo...gorgeous. I'm also a regular "date-checker", so I'm anxiously awaiting the acquisition of the Sub Date!

Very nice Serti

After years of no date watches I've become dependent on the date feature of my LV, leaving the Daytona for weekends and dress up.
