Datejust 1967 Worth it?

Hi all friends
I will bring a steel and gold Datejust without the bracelet with all papers..dial color champagne,
which is in immaculate condition but 1967. I did not see but would like to buy. Friends are saying .. worth it? I guess but I am not knowledgeable in vintage watches nor is the value that would have to pay.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

$1500?
No bracelet and 1967 so it might need some work no matter how "immaculate" it is.
Pics would help...

It'd have to be perfect for that price sans bracelet. Personally I'd look for a complete watch

Doesn't sound like anything special, wouldn't go over $1k. without pics and inspection.

Sounds great that it has all the papers.

Do you have any pictures?

Immaculate condition maybe a difference of opinion to many..

u can get a current Rolex bracelet for $400-500 + if u like it then buy the watch and get the bracelet later. That's my two cents
