I took off my DSSD to shower

Did i do something wrong?

I put it back on after drying myself thoroughly!!

tough question. i dont know how they technically rate it these days. is it "waterproof" or "water resistant" ?

Waxes, chemicals and hard water will dull your shiny finish. They also accumulate in every crack, crevice and gap in case, crown and bracelet.

Very dangerous!

i think we need to start a save shikar's dssd fund. to help foot his repair bill from all the shower debris infecting his watch.. lol :)

I never shower with my sub.

It's not like I baby it because I jump into pools and lakes with it on.

For some reason don't like wearing it in the shower.

you did the right thing. the pressure of the water from the shower head will destory the seal and allow water to enter the watch ... LOL :p

No, its only water resistant passed 4000ft. If its any less the water will get in.

No shower, no sauna, no jacuzzi, no steam bath, no bubble bath............please wear your subs in pool, sea, ocean, lake, river, stream, pond.......freshwater, saltwater.
