I love the rose gold, but as Rick stated above, the contrast and red sweep hand look better. At least IMHO.
They're both great looking watches though.

Tough choice, both are nice, however, with the exception of the Cellini line I have never been a fan of Rolex timepieces on a strap Which one sings to you G?

I think the YG w/ champagne dial and brown strap will be a more versatile watch that will go with a wider variety of clothes and situations.

Best,
GW

I have to agree that the RG is great but it needs the chocolate dial otherwise I would Ihave to go with the YG.

Tough choice. The yellow. I like the gold bezel -- why cover it up?

116518, I have a thing for Daytonas on leather at the moment. The RG does not appeal, YG looks cool.

In the UK £17,000 ........................................ £8,500 (preowned)

Even if one wasn't half the price of the other I'd still prefer it.

Gold Bezel > Ceramic Bezel.

I prefer the YG on brown strap by a wide margin between the 2. It just has a vintage look to me because of the subdials which I love.

Well, first of all, THANK YOU for your comments. Now to the harsh reality. As you know, I already have this (pic) and somehow I am craving for another gold daytona on strap.

I have tried both options, to me, the YG champagne/black looks like a different approach than my current black/champagne, and as some of you comment here, those red hints make it look very nice. But then here is also RG on ceramic. Some people like it, some not, but there is something about that watch....the rose...the black....hmmm.....

So I am torn. I decided to ask for your help and....YOU GOT ME MORE CONFUSED THAN EVER!

Both are beautiful, the RG is more expensive but at least as of 2012, a rare beast....but then again you do not see many Newman (yes, I know, modern Newman) dials in the wild. What to do....HELP!

Oh, and getting both is out of the question. I get myself into enough trouble already
