TT Blue Sub; New or Old
Good Day All,
I want to get another Blue TT Sub at some point, I just don't know if I should go old or new. Anyone have any thought on this choice? There are many pros/cons to both. Here is some photos of the new, I just tried on today; and the old one I use to have Thanks, Eric |

Love everything about the new one, bracelet, case, clasp ect. Just don't care for the color, which is kind of a big deal for me. I went with old and love it. Just wish the bracelet was solid.

I am struggling with the same thing. Only con of the new one to me is the shade of blue but it is growing on me. Everything else to me is superior on the new one.

The new blue is darker in real life. It is very beautiful (and flashy).

Is it me or do the random serial blue subs look like they are just a shade darker than the first ones to come out?

I recently contemplated this (for the Sub date though) and went "old" no band. This not only allowed me to secure one cheaper, but I can explore different looks with a NATO and I now have a permanent "beater" that I can wear at work.

Bluesy 16613 and black 116613 would be my choices.

I like the new one more in every way, including color. But both are great watches.

I've had both. The new one is much more solid, substantial piece.

I wanted somthing brand new so went for the 116613LB (and it was a great deal) as the 16613 is only avail preowned.
But i totally agree that the blue on the old is richer but the blue on the new is flat althou more modern. |

I have owned both and the new one is a keeper. Just amazing presence on the wrist. Love the new clasp, maxi dial, ceramic bezel, the gold sprayed numerals on the bezel and the bigger case. Just spectacular!

one possible suggestion might be to get the TT in YM, I think the blue is better than the current sub, more like your old one:
