It's dinner time in London. Is your wife timing the roast with her Rolex? We are waiting to hear. BTW, my wife bought me a new Seiko Chronograph so I have something to wear when I shouldn't be risking a scratch on my Turn-O-Graph. Same stainless steel and blue color...she knows what I like!

Meantime, I wish you all a Very Happy Christmas and many thanks for all your positive posts.
By the way, the watch has the Jubilee bracelet and very nice it is too!
I am in clover! My Wife abosolutly loves the watch! Heavan be praised, she actually wears it 24/7!
Have attached a few pics of the watch, am sorry re the quallity.
Can anyone please tell me what the black marks are on the side of the watch. Are they a sort of bar code?
All the very best to all for a Happy & Prosperous New Year!

Hi Peter,

Glad to hear it worked out well! The black mark is believed to be some kind of barcode for internal use by Rolex, it's just on a sticker that peels off. Looks like the stickers are still on the crown side of the watch as well, get those bad boys off and see the watch in all its glory!

Chris

Glad it all worked out.
The "bar code" is just a clear sticker that you peel off. There are lots of clear stickers on the case and clasp. Look closely and start peeling.
