I had Andersen pegs on my Sportster as well. One of these days I'll try to scan some pics of it and post them.

What else can you tell me about the pan?

Its a project bike i havent gotten around to yet. Original engine, original frame that has obviously been raked out, I believe the original tranny as well. S@S super carb, Magneto, Title good and registered as 1957 harley davidson. Have a left drum wideglide front end, fatbobs (not orig ) and hinged rear fender. Runs and shifts well. LEAKS OIL... pretty typical for a panhead.

Not mine, my uncle's. He restored all of them. He sold off a bunch of his previous ones he had also. Like some other VL's a '62 pan, a 1915 with original paint, a '22 Sport, also with original paint, an '80 Sturgis, '71 Super Glide and some more stuff.

I have film pics of most of them too, but they're not doing any good in my drawer.

Jocke has a great chopped shovel that he built. maybe he can post his pics again.

I noticed that it has a front rotor but no caliper

But hey, it runs and has a title, so that's good news.

They were all sold for various reasons, right now I am bike-less. But you never know what life will bring down the road.

SE Deuce has a 95" motor in it from the factory.

It does come up easy on my Dyna without using the clutch

It costs $12 dollars a year to register it and $180 a year for insurance, That's with low deductibles and collision coverage. I have a very good insurance policy that covers accessories, towing and travel re-inbursment, leather and helmet loss, and lots of other things also. So it's pretty cheap

I keep 'em both on the ground these days. The only time I get air is on my mtn bike or skiing. BTW - Mailman is correct. The Deuce is a 1550 cc (95 ci) and the V-Rod is an 1130 (69 ci).
