I must admit Rolex has far superior customer service than swatch or richemont combined. Just my 2 cents.

I accompanied a friend to Swatch on Ricmond St. Toronto last year, first time for me. Was amazed at how common/predestrian their watch repair facility was. I know one should'nt judge a book by it's cover, but I was expecting something a little more up scale to reflect the Omega brand, which I have nothing but respect for.

There were quite a few people waiting making the small reception area seem even smaller, and the customer service was imho retail/parts counter level at best.

One interesting fact was the glass wall behind the customer service counter where one could see numerous watch techs at their work stations/desks. Guess I've been spoiled by the RSC Toronto which goes to the other (luxury) extreme.

I agree. The Swatch group service center interior looks very plain while the RSC Toronto interior has a definite Rolex look.
