I must admit Rolex has far superior customer service than swatch or richemont combined. Just my 2 cents.

One interesting fact was the glass wall behind the customer service counter where one could see numerous watch techs at their work stations/desks. Guess I've been spoiled by the RSC Toronto which goes to the other (luxury) extreme. |
