Vintage Rolex Canadian caseback 3478 vs 3136

Hi

Anyone that is familiar with the Rolex made Canadian models made during WWII. I have an Oyster Centregraph with a case back marked 3478 which I know to be correct. I recently sa an Oyster Lipton model for sale with a case back with the number 3136. I don't think that is correct, but I am not sure. I found some info that a 3136 case back was for a Tudor. Does anyone know?

I just found another Lipton also with a 3136 case back and it is stamped Tudor and RWC (Rolex Watch Co,) Apparently these case backs were used also.

I've only ever seen them with 3436 stamped an the case back. Also the 6 digit serial number is just above it on the back. The crown should be stamped Patent Oyster.

I have one too. Case back stamped with 6 digit S/N 151xxx(1942) and 3478 which is the movement caliber. Source: http://vintagerolexforum.info/vrf/index3.html
I need parts if you can help.

3478 is the model number. The watch should have Type 59 caliber in it.

I have a bunch of 3478, mostly Oyster Watch Co. but one of them is a Tudor. I need to check the numbers, I think I have one with 3135 model (most likely on the case back).
