My 168000 back from the "Rikki spa" (pic heavey)
Quick story. I personally took my 168000 to NY RSC only to be informed that unless I changed Dial and Hands that they will refuse to work on it. @ 1,300+
after a quick check on this forum. I indeed had them send it back and off to Rikki it went..... Rikki was great to deal with. I love rolex watches but don't really talk the rolex lingo;) I'm pretty sure I called it a submarine in our conversation, not sure if thats proper, lol..... Rikki took the time to explain everything in detail. turn around was quick. real quick. Rikki now will get my YM and has a customer for life.... Pictures really do not do it justice- |

I love these types of testimonials. I'll remember this when my watch is due for service.

I am surprised at the Rolex NYC/RSC asking $1300 plus a.. MUST change dial & hands ?
In Greece the factory Rolex service center where I take most of my watches to be serviced the price for full service is 390 euro or $525 for this particular sub and if there was something wrong with your dial and hands they would have suggested a change..not demand a change (?). I am glad Rikki did the job for you as every other watchmaker worthy of his craft would. |

1300+ included service, refinish case bracelet, tighten clasp, dial, crown, hands, bazel, second hand, crystal .... and yes they refused to do just a service and polish.... thanks- |
