16800 matte dial vs non-matte dial

Just a few thoughts on my two Rolex Submariner 16800's. The one the left is my new favorite weekender....

The non-matte dial 16800 on the Left:
-My first Rolex purchase; In comparison to the matte dial sub I think it appears a shade smaller, probably because the dots appear smaller.
-A great weekender when fitted on a leather strap.
-The original bezel is starting to show a blue hue (sic), and has great faded yellow dot on it.
-Keeps < 1 second per day time.

The matte dial 16800 on the Right:
-Traded a GMT 16710 and received some cash to obtain this; Appears a shade larger (see above)
-Bezel insert, crown, crown tube and seals are all new form my local AD
-A great weekender when fitted on a leather strap.
-Keeps < 1 second per day time.

Nice 16800's! But I love the matte dial.
I also like them on leather too. I wear mine on a Horween Shell Cordovan NATO.Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1359614700.927402.jpg
