Scratch on crystal

Hi I have a very small pin sized scratch on my datejust's crystal. Its not really very noticeable but it bothers me. Is there anything i can do to fix this? Can the crystal be polished? Thanks for the help.

Diamond paste may reduce the scratch.

It's a minor almost unnoticeable one you said - I'd try to live with it and consider a replacement at the next overhaul. Whatever put it there could happen again in short order - so you'd be chasing blems constantly. The next thing you'll prolly get are microchips. No, not the ones in CPUs, but those that crop up on the crystal's edge.
