Who are the two of you to say so definitively what a Rolex dealer in Panama would do ? Or what Rolex would admit to ? Nevermind the fact Rolex have nothing to do with it, he's interacted with his AD. Rolex make so many watches, some are bound to slip through the cracks. Any of you have any experience with Panama Rolex AD's ? I like how everyone came out of the woodwork talking about "missing Red Daytona" which you can't even deduce from the picture, or talking about the Yachtmaster hands. I'm gonna go out on a limb and call them all real. If those SkyDwellers are fake, then they're the best fakes I've ever seen. Not a very nice way to welcome a new member. |

I'm gonna tell you what I tell many people I encounter who speak like this.
It's pretty clear English is not his first language. I wonder how well you can talk in his native language and what kind of usernames you can come up with. Sorry but to me this thread has just been members piling on to this guy ... even after he gave a perfectly good explanation and showed more photos. |

I really hope I'm wrong, but this is rather an odd thread. How could an AD fix a ceramic bezel in 10 mins? The Daytona's warranty card date seems to indicate 9th Feb, which suggests the watch is the same one that had the incorrect bezel. I understand that the OP is not a native English speaker, so hopefully this is just a misunderstanding. I've not heard of an AD swapping around pieces after the warranty cards have been completed (which appears to be the case) - after all, the pieces are then technically second-hand. But perhaps this AD does it routinely?
Hopefully all is legit and the OP is now happy with his watches

Understood - the date is written in the American format (month first) I'm still not clear about the Daytona i.e. was it replaced or somehow fixed. But if it is gone and you are happy with what you now have then no worries

Looking at the initial pic of the 3 watches I noticed that the daytona looked bigger than the other 2 watches. I'm not an expert but I thought that the daytona was supposed to be around 39mm (officially 40 mm) and the other 2 were supposed to be bigger.

In England you are presumed guilty until proved other wise. Here in the U.S you are presumed INNOCENT until proved other wise.

ChineseRolexFreak,
I thought your name was pretty inventive myself. I chuckled when I read it. Good luck with your watches. I have heard of some Milgausses - (white) having their lettering off center from the factory. Rolex is not perfect. I am frankly a little embarrased by the way some of our members welcomed you to the forum. Hopefully, you won't be turned off by their rudeness. There are some truely great people here. If you stay around a while you will come to see that. The RG Skydweller swap was a good one I think. I also noticed that you still have the plastic on your Daytona. I have never heard of counterfits having the plastic wrap on them. Again, enjoy your watches in good health.
