NYC RSC Expectations
I plan on visiting the NYC RSC this coming Friday to have my 14060 looked at.
I recently noticed some dust on my dial and considering I will be in the area, I thought it made sense to stop by (coming from eastern Long Island). I was wondering what to expect/not to expect when showing up at the RSC. Can something like this be done as you wait? Has anyone had experience visiting the RSC with an issue like this? Thank you! |

Call ahead. Depending on workload they may take care of it while you wait.

You can expect good courteous service. Rolex customer service (at least at the RSC in NYC) is one of the better customer service experiences one may encounter in today's world of "yeah whatever, call our service center in Bangalore". And you can expect some Lindt chocolate while you wait.
