Help with 18K Gold Ladies Vintage Rolex

Came across this 18K yellow gold Ladies Vintage Rolex and wanted to know if anyone can identify this and tell me more about it. Is it rare? What year possibly? The back of the case says 644188 with the crown in the center and then Registered Design on the bottom. The movement is working beautifully and says Rolex S.A.....17 Jewels...Swiss. The clasp says Rolex 750 and has the crown on the other side of the clasp. The face is quite small and measures approximately 18mm without the crown. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!!

its a rolex womens cocktail watch from probably the 60's. there not common, but there not a very collectable rolex, they tend to sell at a little bit above scrap. It's a really neat watch though, and I havent seen that band variation yet.

Have to agree they only real value in most of the very many varieties of Rolex cocktail type watches is in the metal plus a tiny bit for the name on the dial.

Can you say what it weighs? They fetch between $1600 for 14k and $2000 for 18k versions.

It would need to weigh nearly 50 grams in scrap to get close to current values.

Is that what they're asking or selling for? I see 14kt models sell for 800-1000$ all the time on eBay.

In 14k many ask $2000 and take offers
In 18k ask $3000 and take offers.

If you see sales at lower prices then take into consideration that many have been on straps or thin chain-like bracelets vs. fully linked bracelet like the OP's.

i like it, as stated it's an old ladies cocktail/dress watch, it's 18k i can tell by the inner case back hallmark

I bet those sit for a very long time collecting dust and don't get offers anywhere near it. You can get a men's gold Cellini for those prices. I'm not trying to be rude, just realistic. Women aren't out wearing watches that have a face that's smaller than a dime. If he gets more than 20-30% above scrap value he's doing really well IMO.

There's an 18kt women's date just for $3200 with no bids 18kt women's date just heads can be had for less than $2k. There just isn't a huge collectors market for old women's rolexes yet.
