Question for TT Sub C owners
Hello,
Could my fellow TT Sub C owners confirm something, please? Did your bracelet come with a half-link on the 12 side of the bracelet? I recently picked up a SS Sub C and noticed that the SS bracelet has a half link on the 12 end near the clasp.... My TT Sub C bracelet does not. Both watches came from an AD, different ADs. They were factory fresh when I bought them. Rolex Bracelet Catalogue shows both the 97200(SS) Oyster bracelet and the 97203(TT) Oyster bracelet as having 13 links. When I count the half-link, my SS bracelet has 13 links. I did search TRF but could not find definitive information on this. When looking at the catalogue today at an AD, I got more confused. The information in the catalogue seems to suggest that my TT is missing a half-link. Thanks, T7 |

No it does not come with a half link. There is one available though. Go to your AD and they can order it for you.

What you have is right, the ss has two mini half links where as the TT is one larger half link.

This is what I've experienced, no half link on the TT...which fits me better for some odd reason. I took the half link out of the SS.

I had to do the same, watchwatcher.
I have a smaller wrist and have to remove 2 links from the Oyster bracelets, then slide the glidelock to the smallest setting. When I bought the 114060, I had the AD take out two links like my TT. The SS didn't fit quite right and then I discovered why, the half link that the TT doesn't come with. It's out of the SS now, and fits same as the TT. That little bit made a big difference in the fit of the SS. Anyone know why Rolex do not ship the TT subs with the half link? I'm kinda curious as to why they ship with the half link for SS models but not TT. Cost? |

My watch came with 12 links. I was robbed of a link !
Watch was new with stickers but not from an AD. Got a good deal, but that's the risk I took not buying from an AD. Watch out, potential buyers of bracelets with gold in them that they come with 13 links. |
