Haven't we been here before?

Having been primarily a lurker on this fine forum, I can't help but have noticed a few recurring themes brought up from time to time.

I've tried to list a few but if you can think of any others feel free to add to the list...

1: I JUST BOUGHT A ROLEX!!! LOOK!!!!

2: Can I get my Submariner wet?

3: Is this a real Rolex?

4: Submariner Vs. Seamaster!!!

5: My Rolex broke! I think they should give me a brand new one and maybe a back massage..

6: I bought a loupe and found a microscopic scratch on my dial! I called my AD but it's two A.M. and they're not answering! What should I do??

7: Here is my Rolex on the beach, with a cup of coffee, glass of whiskey, golf club, pair of fetid dingos kidneys etc...

5: Is my watch too small/big?

6: Your watch is too small/big.

7: All watches are too small/big.

8: Is Rolex the best watch in the world?

9: New Rolexes are crap..Vintage is the best!

10: Old Rolexes are for old men and the clasp is a bit of stamped tin. Buy a new one!

11: What was Rolex thinking? Didn't they read my post?

12: Should I buy this?

13: Should I sell this and buy that?

14: My Rolex loses two seconds a week! Who do I call in Switzerland to complain?

15: I love my Rolex SOOOOO much!

16: What does a watch winder do?

17: Can I clean my Rolex with ammonia/ dish soap/ oven cleaner/ sandblaster etc..?

18: Does anyone actually wear their Rolex? Really?

19: Here's a guy who wore his rolex for 38 years straight. Wish I could do that.

20: I dropped my Rolex and it almost broke, but it didn't. Yay!

21: I bought six Rolexes last week. Do I have a problem?

I'm sure there are more but I have stuff to do.

Haha. Yeah, you've got pretty much everything.

I'm fairly new here and the thread topics do repeat ad nauseum. That being said, there are still great bits of information and fantastic members with incredible amounts of knowledge. You can definitely learn something new every time you visit the forum.

+1, me too! It might be the same theme but about different watches, so there's always a little something new to the mix of posts!

That's actually quite a nice variety of topics. Wait till you look up other forums for recurring topic of discussions and how few there are.

I am personally guilty of 1, 12, 13, 15 and 21.

After you stay on this forum for a while, no.21 seems to be quite common.

I don't know why this is not obvious, but people join and post over time. Not all have been here since Fred Flintstone first yelled "Incoming!" about his Everose Dino-Dweller.

This is where kindness and a suggestion to use Search comes in.

Yes...a million times.
Op, you are just a bag of awesomeness, number 1, 7, 14 and 17 are pretty much the whole forum. Number 7, my fave, yet there is another one for the list:
-My Rolex has lume/doesn't have enough lume/is supposed to be blue but it's green/what is lume.
