114060....wheres the love?
Am i the only one who sees very few post s on the above watch?
It had gone off the radar or is everyone having one already? Preowned prices dropping to 6k in my area...really tempted. Not many wristshots from the forum either.. :-X |

Timeless classic. Overpriced lately.
When you paid 4500$ for brand new ones you didn't think twice. Now what you paid for a daytona 5 yrs ago is the price of a sub no date! Just my humble opinion. :) |

The 114060 is fabulous. I'm considering adding one to my collection in the future. I already have the 116610LV and I think owning both is not redundant.

I love the clean and simple look of the 114060. No cyclops,no date,no nonsense.

In all seriousness though everything gets more expensive part of it is inflation the other part is cost. Yes I'm sure Rolex makes a ton of loot of selling the watches but I am also pretty sure it's not cheap to run their facility. |

For those who've owned one for a while, how do you like it compared to the older Subs? If you're like me, you love anything new ... for a while. But it takes a while to know what you love, if you know what I mean ;-)

The 114060 is the best looking Sub in the current lineup.
I bought a 14060M just before they were discontinued and saved myself a cool $1200. Given how pleased I am with my humble little collection, Rolex may have finally priced me out of the market.

Looking great gents!
The above pics are 1/2 of the reason why I had to acquire the 114060!!! Damn!

114060 is the only option in the Sub line up if one prefers no cyclop. looks great in my opinion

Have set aside funds for a 114060 but just cannot pull the trigger - love its relative simplicity but still, have a niggle about too much of a 'shine' on it and a loss of the toolwatch look - torn towards going for a 16600 Seadweller instead

I love my 114060!
The Dateless model provides a symmetry that the cyclops model just can't provide. Of course, I never have any idea what the freakin' date is!!! |
