FC Diver all the way. I tried on the legacy and it is way too big of a watch. Arnold was 6'2" and 235 cutting and 250+ in off season in his prime. I'm currently 6'2" and 230lbs and the watch is way too big for me. And yes I can currently bench more than Arnold in his prime (according to google) and I'm no longer in my prime.
