Is the Rolex RSC New York & Dallas Warranty 1 year or 2 on a service?
Just curious as I have an old Rolex RSC Service booklet that mentions a 1 year warranty after a service...
Isn't the current post service warranty from RSC Dallas & New York 2 years? |

Yes.. you have an old booklet from when they were 1 year service warranties...
Yes, they now are 2 year warranties.. Even though they changed, your old booklet will continue to retain it's older print..

Anyone possibly have a time frame when NY/Dallas RSC's changed to a 2 year warranty?
(just trying to get a rough idea when a 16013 I have [with no paperwork] might have been serviced) |

The change to a 2 year service warranty has been recent.. I would say around 2010..
I would say that without "paperwork", or checking inside the caseback for watchmakers marks, you should assume that it has not been serviced.. Old booklets can be picked up anywhere and without provenance cannot be assumed to be associated with any particular watch..
